Q: アカウントを削除したい / I want to delete my account
A: 設定画面の「アカウント削除」からリクエストいただくか、上記メールアドレスにご連絡ください。リクエスト受信後、30日以内にすべてのデータを削除します。 / Please request via the 'Delete Account' option in Settings, or contact us by email. All data will be deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
Q: パスワードを忘れた / Forgot my password
A: ログイン画面の「パスワードを忘れた場合」からリセットメールを送信できます。 / You can send a reset email from the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen.
Q: 音声ファイルがアップロードできない / Cannot upload audio files
A: 対応フォーマット（MP3, AAC, WAV, M4A）をご確認ください。問題が続く場合はメールにてお問い合わせください。 / Please check that your file is in a supported format (MP3, AAC, WAV, M4A). If the issue persists, please contact us by email.
Q: サブスクリプションのキャンセル / Cancel subscription
A: App Store の「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」からキャンセルできます。 / You can cancel from App Store → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
